Battled and ran from thunderstorms all day but had about 10 minutes of pure chaos, when we found ourselves in the middle of a big school of trophy drum thrashing and feeding on everything in sight! Lucas’ dad hooked up on the bow first, he was getting ready to hand Lucas the rod, when Lucas hooked up! His dads cork got ate by another drum and broke off! I kept handing him rods and as soon as he’d cast he’d hook up but another fish would eat the cork and break us off! That happened 3 times, all Expect for this one that Lucas landed! We had them feeding within feet of the boat at one point! So, In two days he caught his personal best speckled trout, PB redfish and the biggest fish he ever caught! Not to mention, he also got to witness a drum feeding frenzy that most people never get to see. Sometimes the toughest conditions, toughest days, are the most rewarding! I guarantee that is a fish and moment, neither him nor his dad will ever forget! The new Temple Fork Outfitters inshore series MH and the Florida Fishing Products Osprey 5000 are the best tools for this fishery, hands down.

Everyday on the water is a blessing, Capt. Andy understands this. He works hard to make sure every guest on the boat has the opportunity to be successful, while learning, laughing, and making great memories that will last a lifetime!
Big fish or fishing big, either way, the best way to spend a day
